Notes:
This Development Kits includes a sandboxed MinGW+MSYS environment used to
successfully install gems that lacks Windows native binaries and requires
compilation during it's installation.
The format used for these packages is 7zip due reduced size, it can be
extracted with 7-zip tool, which can be downloaded from here:
http://www.7-zip.org/
Please read INSTALL.txt for further instructions after extraction.
