In order to streamline the development workflow, we have opted to use GitHub issues functionality and decommission RubyForge ones.

Existing issues has been copied over and properly labeled for reference.

RubyForge Tracker has been hidden, but still accessible if you have a link to the URL.

Please try avoid reopening those reports as they will no longer be monitored. Instead use GitHub issues moving forward.
