Detailed description 
Attached is a project with Rakefile to create a serialport rubygem for win32 platform (and ready-to-be-installed gem
in pkg -directory). Included extension is compiled from patch 9923
(https://rubyforge.org/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=9923&group_id=61&atid=321), so it should not have
"`private_class_method': undefined method `create'" problem with rubygems installed.
