In completing a tutorial for Instant Rails, I tried to install cookbook 2, but an error came up. It reads "This
application failed to start because iconv.dll was not found. Reinstalling this application may fix this problem."
I have reinstalled Instant Rails a number of times and I cannot seem to have any success. If I go on to hit the
"OK" button, the cookbook 2 page comes up with various errors. How can I fix this problem, do I need to locate
a new iconv.dll? Or use a higer version. The tutorial states that InstantRails 1.0 Final Release should be used.
