Because if after loading a page you are thrown to an annoying 'wait 5 sec while we redirect you' document, the extractor
should be able to wait a bit. Proposed syntax:

fecth 'http://www.google.com', :timeout => 20

i.e. wait 20 seconds after the page is loaded.
