Define text color in rdoc html

Detailed description 
I have my browser default colors set to white-on-black. When I look at rdoc output, I see mostly white-on-white text
because the text color is undefined. I've added a single line in the attached patch which should define a text color
for all rdoc html output.

I've checked-in this patch; this will be fixed in RDoc 2.2.1.
