The manual has funky characters that don't copy properly, as far as the code examples are concerned. Consider putting
either external links to the code, or fix the formatting. The problems I experienced were:

* Smart quotes instead of machine readable code quotes * Underscores don't copy at all

I am viewing the tutorial in Preview on OS X. I also have the Rails Recipes book as well as the Agile Dev book and their
examples copy properly.
