This patch is for a todo list. By default it is disabled and won't show up anywhere, you need to edit the web in order
to enable it. Once it is enabled, it will take all instances of "Todo:" and make them red (just to draw your
attention to it). This is done pose markup rendering, so it supports all the markup languages.

In addition, once the todo list feature is enabled, a new page is available which will list all the pages with todo's
and list the sentence that contains that todo. You can then click on the link in order to get to that page.
