I've got a user complaining that Mailman sends multiple days' worth of email in digests despite the one-per-day setting.
Can this be fixed?

I've already ensured that the "dispatch daily even when size threshold unreached" option was selected. I'm
writing because it doesn't seem to obey that directive.
