Feature Requests: Browse | Submit New | Admin
I could have sworn that changes made in the tracker (esp. Bugs) were automatically emailed to the project members (or, at least, the project admin). This doesn't seem to be the case. I think that tracker changes should be, by default, automatically emailed to the project members. For this, I would rather have to "opt out" than "opt in" for each tracker item. As it stands now, people aren't noticing bug reports/feature requests I post on Rubyforge unless they happen to actually look manually, and I end up emailing them personally, which somewhat defeats the purpose. That, or I've totally messed up my own project somehow such that I had to manually opt-in for this feature. Regards, Dan

We could go back and plug the project admin's email in this field for all projects and trackers... > people aren't noticing bug reports Very true. > or I've totally messed up Nope, this is indeed an issue.
