Show multiple authors in the format: Surname, Name and Surname, Name

Detailed description 
Currently when there are multiple authors for a book alexandria uses the first
name of the first author to sort it, when it would be better to use the surname 
since the single author books are sorted that way.
Perhaps rather than showing Name Surname, Name Surname it should be
Surname, Name and Surname, Name or the "&" symbol to avoid linking it to
the english language.
