Low priority item here.  But, hopefully, cool.

I would like the ability to apply a custom stylesheet to any new html documentation that I submit under the 'Docs' tab.
Otherwise I have to inline the stylesheets for every document that I submit.

I see this as a two step process.  The first step is to, somewhere under the Doc Admin screen, have a form for uploading
stylesheets (perhaps with limitations on size and overall number of stylesheets).  Then, in the 'Submit New Documentation'
screen, add a drop down that lets you apply a stylesheet to the newly submitted documentation.

This would let me make my documentation *purrrty* with a minimum of fuss.
