Hi ,

I'm getting literal HTML on one of my tracker items.  Take a look
at http://rubyforge.org/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1446&group_id=85&atid=414

For some reason, it's showing raw html instead of the actual quotes after I
made an update to that ticket.  My attempt to remove the quotes only seems to
have made things worse.

Any ideas?
