Draw lines with floats

Detailed description 
I need to be able to specify a line with Float coordinates for my png_fonts library.

c.line 5.5, 10.7, 5.5, 15.5, PNG::Color::Black

This would make it possible to draw simple fonts at arbitrary font sizes (10pt, 11pt, 12pt, etc.).

Currently, only integers can be used for line coords.
