If I pass a long array of zeros to gruff it displays "No Data" instead of showing an empty graph.  I am using
gruff to create a sort of rrdtool like graph of network packet loss and stuff like that.  I would expect it to show
an empty graph for this kind of thing instead of showing nothing.
