Was hoping to do:

<%= date_select :event, :event_date,  :start_year => Time::now.year(), :end_year => Time::now.year() + 5, :order
=> [ :month, :day, :year ] %>

But :start_year and :end_year don't seem to be supported.  Would be a very useful fix for me as I don't want users to
be able to create events for previous years.
