Detailed description 
If no author element is specified for an entry, then feedtools 0.2.24 generates the author element, with a name sub-element
with value "n/a".  This appears to be incorrect according to the Atom spec
(http://www.atomenabled.org/developers/syndication/atom-format-spec.php#element.author).  The spec permits the author
element to be omitted for individual entries.

I'll submit a patch for this.
