Detailed description 
In some RSS, URIs without hostnames exist, e.g. <a href="/Articles/185481/">dovecot</a> in
http://lwn.net/headlines/newrss.
When I use some webmail interface for reading messages, this becomes a problem.

How about placing a <base> in the generated HTML?
Setting the base URI to the channel's <link> seems fine.

Webmail users like me will be happier. :)
