Name conflict with CallConnection#exec and Kernel#exec

Detailed description 
I'm unable to call CallConnection#exec directly because it conflicts with Kernel#exec.  Would you consider renaming
to CallConnection#agi_exec or something along those lines?  I won't bother attaching a patch since it's simply a search
and replace in call_connection.rb.  Thanks!
