Couple of questions:

- Are you using FR 0.9.5?
- Does it happen all the time for a given file?
- Does it make any difference whether you scroll down slowly
or fast?

The reason I'm asking is because Fox 1.2 is known to have problem
with wheel mouse on Windows and I'm trying to determine whether
it's a FR problem or a Fox problem.

Thanks for your help!
