In windows terminal does not come up in 0.9.5

Detailed description 
I installed FreeRIDE 0.9.5 and when I run a a file the execution output no longer pops up in a terminal.  In Preferences
I do have 'Run Process in Terminal' checked.  I am running windows XP and have ruby 1.8.2 installed (one click
installer).

Thanks for pointing this out.

Jonathan, It looks like this has something to do with the project
properties that are not properly detected. Can you tak a look
at it?
