Save changes dialog appears even tho no changes need to be saved

Detailed description 
In the Configuration Dialog, if you select the 'Debugger/Run' node then select the 'Installed Ruby Interpreter' sub-node
you get a dialog prompting to save changes, even tho no changes have been made.

Running FreeRide 0.9.5 installed via the Windows installer on Win2K SP4
