AWS::S3::S3Object#move_to deletes file when target path is same as origin

Detailed description 
I move an object with key "/path" to target "/path" and the object is copied to "/path"
and then "/path" is deleted.  This works as described in the api doc though not how I would expect a rename/move
to function.
