Would it be possible to in the "creditcard" set up to add a fee?

Here in NZ we get charged a card processing fee, the fee is set by the volume of cads we process in any week so if we
have 10 guests a day using a credit card we only loose around 1.5% but if we only process credit cards occasionally
then we loose up to 5%. (we are a small camp so the fee is 3-5%)

It has become normal practice over the last few years to charge, those who use credit cards, the fees associated with
their choice of payment and not build an average of the fee recovery into the price for every guest. So those who don't
use credit cards and pay with cash or EFTPOS don't get charged.

could the setup page for a credit card look something like this?:

Creditcard name  ------- VISA

Handle as credit card?   ------ yes

Validate number? ------ yes

Use Expiration date? ----- yes

Validate Expiration date? ----- yes

Use cvv2?----- yes

processing fee one time charge? ----no

one time rate? ----- 0

processing fee is a percentage? ---- yes

processing fee % ---- 4

That way it would cover all the different cards, percentages or fixed rates.
