No option to enable/disable "Summary rows below detail" for Excel spreadsheets

Detailed description 
When grouping rows and then hiding those rows, the collapsed group marker shows up at the end of the group.

In Excel there is a option under Data->Group and Outline->Settings, called "Summary rows below detail".
When disabled the group marker shows up at the beginning of the group instead of the end.

Currently there is no way to access this option, please provide a method.
