Add ­ entity to support soft hyphens

Detailed description 
I didn't find a documented way to mark up text such that it can contain soft hyphen (HTML ­). My attempts to
monkey-patch entities.rb weren't successful either.

Please either provide a way to extend the known entities or add ­ to the list of known entities.

Added support for the soft hyphen - will be available in the
