Detailed description 
I have an .mp3 file which, currently, causes mp3info to fail, due to an unsupported "TSOP" tag.  This tag
is apparently (according to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ID3) a new frame defined in ID3v2 Frame Specification, Version
2.4.
