Rjb::Load crashing with Trace/BPT trap: 5 in development.

Detailed description 
Folks, any idea what is causing this? It crashes with the Rjb::Load statement. What is completely odd, is that it runs
in test just fine and in the Rails console just fine.

Running on MacOSX 10.7, Rails 3.1.0 and Ruby 1.9.2-p290.

Any ideas? Can anybody else reproduce this?

Update:
Works fine in development and production on CentOS 5.5. Fails
in production as
well as development on MacOSX 10.7.2.
