Detailed description 
I just upgraded my application to RoR 3.0.7. Everything seems fine, but I get this error from
/usr/lib64/ruby/gems/1.8/gems/locale_rails-2.0.5/lib/locale_rails/action_controller/test_process.rb:12 - "no such
file to load -- action_controller/test_process"

So I guess the problem is actually in locale_rails? Any way to use gettext_rails without locale_rails?
