rdoc-data fails

Detailed description
C:/installs/ruby_trunk_installed/lib/ruby/1.9.1/fileutils.rb:121:in `chdir': No such file or directory
- C:/installs/ruby_trunk_installed/lib/ruby/gems/1.9.1/gems/rdoc-data-2.5.3/data/1.9.3 (Errno::ENOENT)
        from C:/installs/ruby_trunk_installed/lib/ruby/1.9.1/fileutils.rb:121:in `cd'
        from C:/installs/ruby_trunk_installed/lib/ruby/gems/1.9.1/gems/rdoc-data-2.5.3/lib/rdoc/data.rb:52:in `run'
        from C:/installs/ruby_trunk_installed/lib/ruby/gems/1.9.1/gems/rdoc-data-2.5.3/lib/rdoc/data.rb:41:in `run'
        from C:/installs/ruby_trunk_installed/lib/ruby/gems/1.9.1/gems/rdoc-data-2.5.3/bin/rdoc-data:6:in `<top
(required)>'
        from C:/installs/ruby_trunk_installed/bin/rdoc-data:19:in `load'
        from C:/installs/ruby_trunk_installed/bin/rdoc-data:19:in `<main>'

At least a nicer error message would be nice.
Thanks!

rdoc-data is not needed for Ruby 1.9.2 as Ruby 1.9.2 ships with
RDoc 2.5 which generates the new ri data format.

The question that is raised by rdoc-data only including core
rdocs up to 1.9.1 and no new version being released since April
is: Is rdoc-data needed for ruby 1.9.2 and up?

I've looked a bit but haven't seen any conclusive evidence for
or against that assumption.
