Some diacritics, especially combining ones, are imported improperly. 
For example combining acute is imported as "ʹ"

This is a duplicate of #28437. (You can follow the instructions
there to fix your installation of Alexandria immediately, or
you can wait for the next release of Alexandria in a week or
two. Or if you like, I can package the latest code as a deb file
