readme needs better links, all code needs commenting

Detailed description 
The lack of commenting in this project is very frustrating.

Also, the readme really needs a link to download the module at http://rubyforge.org/projects/facebooker/ - it currently
only includes the link to where the help files are located, which is also vexing.
