Detailed description 
The attached patch fixes a bug in IMAPCleanse where the BEFORE query key uses an incorrect date format (including the
time). This bug makes IMAPCleanse not work with IMAP servers that require compliant date representation. This patch
makes the date format comply with RFC3501.
