Support for TransformImageColorspace

Detailed description 
RMagick does not currently provide a hook to ImageMagick's TransformImageColorspace function (invoked at the commandline
by the -colorspace option). The Image#colorspace method wraps the SetImageColorspace function, but this doesn't provide
the same functionality.
