I want to add the Chinese books but I can't. It seems can not find the Chinese books by ISBN form any provider.

But I really really want to do it...

Sorry, but Alexandria doesn't have any providers for Chinese
books. In order to add one, we would need to know of some website
which has book information for Chinese books and some kind of
online search. And then, we would need help from a Chinese speaker
- since we'd have to make sense of the data, in order to figure
out "title", "authors" and so on...

I don't know if any Chinese libraries support the Z39.50 protocol.
If they do, installing Ruby/ZOOM (libzoom-ruby) might allow you
to add them as a provider in Alexandria (under "Advanced
Settings") - but without cover images, though.
