packaging - tests

Detailed description
Packaging erubis for submission to Fedora and having a few issues with the test suite. Mainly in that is seems to require
having erubis already installed to pass certain tests in test/data/users-guide which presents a problem during the build
stage.

Possible to alter them to run directly out of the installed directory?

I also noted:

- test/data/users-guide/Example.ejava is expected as test/data/users-guide/example.ejava
- test_syntax2 in test-main.rb seems to fail on ruby 1.8.6 (2009-06-08 patchlevel 369) [x86_64-linux] with very nearly
the expected output. Maybe a change in ruby itself?

Guys, you might be interested that I made the test suite compatible
with Psych and Ruby 2.0.0:

Only the capitalization issue should be fixed IMO. The rest is
fine.

For Gentoo I'm working around the installation issue by prepending
the current bin path to the normal path when running the tests,
and by setting RUBYLIB accordingly.

That makes the tests pass, once I also fix the capitalization
issue you mentioned.
