LibXML Bindings ( dreamcat4/github )

Hi,
I have written a tiny gem containing frequently needed (but missing) convenience functions overlay. They are especially
helpful when processing soap or any other namespaced xml. Especially the namespace strip! command.
Anyway that's not the only benefit and its all made to be very complimentary and not-conflicting with the existing methods
for node, and document classes, etc, so please take a look. See the readme.markdown on github for details. If you like
it, then please by all means go ahead and merge / cherry pick whatever you want from here.
(as contributor I grant full copyright and unrestricted license to the official LibXML project and can freely include
it as your own should you wish to use any part of this software. There's no need to reproduce the copyright notices,
either.)
