SCP deploys using non default port

Detailed description 
It would be fantastic to be able to do scp deploys to non standard ssh ports.  Some of my environments use non standard
ssh ports (say, 30000 rather than 22).

The change would use SITE.port if set, if not, would use default to port 22.
