It would be welcome, and probably not very difficult to implement additional parameters for CSV export to support various
flavours of CSV. Those include especially "Field delimiter" and "Text delimiter" parameters. "Text
encoding" param is probably less trivial to implement and would be best done with Ruby 1.9 but the first two should
be fairly straightforward while adding a good deal of flexibility.
