Allow including static files without parsing them

Detailed description 
When I generate the rdoc documentation for a project, I would like that the license file (LICENSE.txt) is included verbatim
in the rdoc tree.

It would be cool some option like:

  --no-parse LICENSE.txt,CHANGELOG.txt

So these files would be include in rdoc and would appear in FILES section, but their content would be the original,
without parsing them as if they were Ruby or RDoc files.
