When reading from a Shapefile that contains multipolygons, and then outputting to WKT/WKB, GeoRuby appears to attach
the component polygons as rings within the first polygon in the multipolygon, rather than outputting them as separate
polygons within the multipolygon.

I have attached a zipped Shapefile that exposes this error. Please see the note.txt file in the ZIP for an explanation
of the contents.
