I would think this is possible, but on http://rubyforge.org/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=2559&group_id=84&atid=407 I see no link for downloading the file.

But maybe that's because I'm a site admin - maybe only project members and site admins can see it. Can you check with one of the project members - Alan or Austin - and see if he can see it?
