Currently, participants who join a campaign and create a profile are able to choose a short URL that is unique to them,
but the publically displayed name on the campaign profile is the Account Display name.

Some people may not wish to have their account display name publicized.

Participants should have the ability to change the name displayed on their campaign profile.

This does NOT have to affect the participants short URL.
