Ability to sponsor participant quickly and easily (go directly to checkout—rather than cart)

Detailed description 
Currently, users go through the checkout process when they sponsor someone.  This takes too long.

Ideally, sponsors would be sent directly to the checkout than being directed to the cart.

This relates to Bug #25247 and must be built out after that bug.
