We need to provide campaign participants with the ability to select one project that they want to specifically highlight
to people visiting their campaign profile.

Users can only select from projects that the Campaign Admin has selected for the campaign.

Ideally, highlighting a project will include:
- project title
- project flickr image
- brief project description (200 characters)

This highlighting does NOT mean that the funds raised by that participant will go to that project.
