Currently, even though a campaign is ended people can continue pledging and joining teams!  This sucks!

In the Campaign creation page, Admins are allowed to set end dates for campaigns.  If  the campaign end date has passed
users should not be allowed to join teams or to pledge to someone.

I tested this bug on the OneYoga campaign found on slice2 and
Campaign Two.  Both had no buttons! Good stuff.  This is perfect.
Thank you.

I'm wondering if we should build the same thing for when campaigns
begin...  Maybe allow people to create accounts, but hide the
sponsor button until the "Start Fundraising" date.

Thoughts?

I'm not sure if this should be raised as another bug, but making
campaign start dates effectual would go hand-in-hand with this
bug.
