Summary:
Give Campaign Admin ability to see all abandoned teams

Detailed description 
The campaign admin should have the ability to see what teams have been abandoned by team creators.  Campaign admin should
have option to edit or delete the team.

If funds were pledged directly to the team and the Campaign Admin opts to delete the team, then the funds go towards
the campaign in general.
