Please excuse me if this is not the proper forum for this post!

I wanted to thank you for your work on Alexandria. It has been great to load all my books into it knowing i have a record
of my library on disk! The "loan tab" is a great idea that i just noticed in the latest release. Perhaps you
already have several ideas for new features but i thought you might want to hear from real users too.

Here are a few suggestions:

1. Ability to export multiple libraries all at once. I have divided my collection  into 11 categories now and it is
time consuming to export them all to html one at a time.

2. I would like to keep track of the following things, new tab, new fields:
    a. price paid
    b. location where purchased or acquired
    c. year purchased
    d. publisher's price (couldn't this be parsed from current info)

3. search functions

4. click one button and it tells you every book on loan currently

5. general reports about your collection, total books, total value of collection (based on purchase price or publisher's
price), etc.

6. drag and drop support (nice but not high on my list)

Hi,
I would definitely second this motion. I think Alexandria is
a great tool. And I would like to see pricing information included.
That way I could (for example) make sure, that I don't sell books
a lot cheaper than I bought them, and I can check how much money
in total I have invested in books, which is important for some
insurances.
If I find the time, I might try to code that myself, but as of
now, I can't.

Anyway, this is a great tool.
