gpgme interface

Detailed description
This is a separate file for inclusion when you need gpgme support. It adds new methods to the TMail::Mail class, from
low level sign/encrypt methods to high level create_signed()/create_encrypted() create_reply()-like methods. It tried
to be as most RFC3156-compliant as possible.

Not sure you still care about this, as i just discovered
your new Mail project...

This new version, mostly:
  * fix using the generated or raw message in to_rfc3156()
depending on usage (received mail to verify, or mail being
created)
  * improve to_rfc3156()
  * raise an error if the user added non/bad-encoded
non-7bit content

Beware signing multipart messages is broken, see #28053 for
a patch.

Is this OK for TMail 1.3 ?

...and the associated fixture (but perhaps one already
included in the sources could be used).

Here are the tests.

BTW, the raw(), to_rfc3156(), and copy_headers_from()
methods could be moved in the general interface, as thay are
generic.

But i fucked-up my test... I forgot LoadError is not a
subclass of StandardError. So the rescue should be explicit.

I didn't have time to look at tests yet (as i don't have
much experience in this area). Nevertheless i could do the
small change you requested. I guess in this case it makes
sense to include all possible extensions to have them work
if the user installed the requirements.

I fear i don't have enough right to delete the old files,
but changed the name of this one to makes things clearer.

Heya Marc,

Two things:

1) Could you delete these files and reupload
2) Can you modify so that if the person does not have the gpgme
library then it rescues this load error and does not load up
the PGP extensions without an error.

Also.. some really basic broad test cases would be good.

If we do these two things, then I can bundle it in TMail 1.3

This is awesome!

I have sent you an email separately, but I need to get some test
cases so I can include this in 1.3

When composing a signed or encrypted message, the
build_intermediate_mail() was unquoting body by mistake.
Only non-multipart messages were affected. Attached a
corrected file.
