Some exceptions are coerced into strings before given to MaRuKu::Errors, which makes it hard to present a user-friendly
output, since these errors already contain console-formatting and stacktraces. It would be helpful if all exceptions
were formatted with a single, centralised method in MaRuKu::Errors
